We have joined the Eevees HQ contest which could result in us getting a free domain name and be advertised on Eevees HQ. The first round is going to begin in the 7th January 2009. Description of the first round below:

This thread is for all the news and updates for Pokémon Valley & Pokémon Valley Community in January. This first post will be updated every time we update the Community or main site.

These advances in capture technology allowed inventors to create a Pokeball called the Neo Ball, which has a 99% capture rate, but even though this powerful, not so expensive ball has caught many legendaries like Groudon and Celebi, it has failed to catch the God of all Pokemon, Code named The Deity.

Only the Master Ball can catch The Deity, but there is only one. The process to make a Master Ball is very expensive and requires alot of skill. Also the quarry of the stone used to make a Master Ball had run out about 25 years ago. Even if one did have all the materials for a Master Ball, it would take about 29 years to complete and it has a fail rate of 82%(When a Master Ball fails, it cannot catch any pokemon and has a grayish hue).However one Pokeball maker had successfully created a Master Ball 50 years prior to this story(some said his skill was better than Kurt's). He had known that others were desperate to get his prized creation and he knew that they were wasting the Stone Quarry, trying to replicate a Master Ball like he had. Once the news had spread, The Pokeball Maker had to flee and before he died, he hid the Master Ball and it has not been found prior to this story.

There is one man who has tracked The Deity for many years and tried unsuccessfully to catch The Deity with a mere Neo Ball, but failed. He is Dr. Von Pikius and he is a major part of a secret Team called Team Bane, an organization that wishes to create super pokemon and wants to destroy 95% of the human populace. Von Pikius is the Head scientist of Team Bane and he is a pokemon geneticist as well as a pokemon transmutationer. He can fuse two pokemon's DNA together and can almost hand pick which features can stay or go(example: takes the legs of Ponyta and puts the legs on Geodude). He wishes to have The Deity to experiment and create the Pokemon that will help achieve Team Bane's goals. To capture the Deity, he must first have the Master Ball, which he has already tracked the location of.

This is a prequel to another story I may write about and updates shall be posted in this topic. Do NOT post things like when is the next part, Pm me or something. I will accept other users characters, but only after I have gotten to a certain part in the story. I will have a set format for fanmade characters later.

This one will take a bit longer than my last one due to being an improvement from last in terms of description and whatnot.

Format:


Name: The opponent's name.
Sprite: The opponent's sprite.
Location: The opponent's location.
Type Preference: This is the type the opponent mainly uses.
Pokemon(s): This is by far the hardest part.
Name: The Pokemon's name.
Level: The Pokemon's level.
Moveset: Self-explanitory.
Recommended types: Again, self-explanitory
